RETURN POLICY
If you wish to change or return the product you purchased, you can do so within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. You should call us first on 2310273072 and then we will guide you.
All products returned to our company go through quality control in order to proceed with the exchange / refund process.
Product returns are not accepted by gift recipients, special orders, as well as if the jewelry has undergone any conversion (eg engraving, ring size change, etc.).
The products must be packed and returned in their original packaging and all the necessary documents accompanying them in order for the exchange / refund to be made.
In case of a defective product, our company bears the transport costs. Otherwise, these costs are borne by the customer.
Every return is made exclusively through the company General Post. In case you make a return with any other company, you bear the shipping costs.
The return possibilities are as follows:
a) credit with the creation of a coupon by us and credit there of the amount.
b) refund.
In case you want a refund and the transaction was made with a credit card, then your money will be credited back to your card. In case the transaction was made by cash on delivery, then please provide us with your bank account so that we can deposit the money within 10 days. Refunds are not accepted for gift recipients, special orders, and if the jewelry has been altered in any way (eg engraving, ring resizing, etc.).
*The refund is completed within 10 working days from the date we receive the product.
